Beauty Mansion White: A Fusion of Tradition and Modernity

The design inspiration for Beauty Mansion White came from the scenic view of Bitan, a popular tourist spot known for its serene water, lush trees, and picturesque clouds. The design team incorporated these elements into the project, creating a visual dance of water shadows that adds to the aesthetic appeal of the building.

What sets Beauty Mansion White apart from other residential projects is its focus on fostering intergenerational communication within families. The design embodies the Chinese principle of learning as the fundamental structure and the Western concept of practical use. This approach not only promotes the Western spirit of independence but also encourages mutual support between generations and emotional bonding between seniors and grandchildren.

The realization of this design was a meticulous process that took into account the landscape of Bitan and the Liugongzun area. The design team considered the north-south wind direction and air flow, ensuring natural lighting and ventilation. They also used eco-friendly materials to promote sustainability.

One of the key features of Beauty Mansion White is the installation of an old tree in the lobby center. This tree, reaching from the ground to the ceiling, symbolizes the connection of all households in the building. The tiles, which resemble crayon scribbling on dried canvas, depict images of mountains and waters, further enhancing the connection with nature.

The design team faced several challenges during the project, including transforming water ripples into a ceiling decoration made with titanium-plated metal. This feature not only adds to the visual appeal of the building but also helps brighten up the indoor space, reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day and promoting energy efficiency.

The Beauty Mansion White project, completed in May 2020, is a testament to the innovative approach of Hann Shyang Construction Co., Ltd. in blending traditional and modern design principles.
